Who these terms are with

offloadsecurity.com (the "Website") is operated by Advik Cyber Shield LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India and operating under the brand Offload Security ("Offload", "we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Website content

Content on the Website — including module pages, comparisons, blog posts and whitepapers — is provided for information. Whitepapers and product pages describe shipped capabilities as of their publication dates and do not constitute contractual representations, warranties or a commitment to any roadmap. What the Offload Platform does for you is defined only by your customer agreement.

Comparison pages reflect our good-faith reading of publicly available information at the time of writing. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Free tools

Our free tools, including the DPDP Readiness Checker, are provided "as is" to help you form a first view of your posture. Their output is general information, not legal, compliance or professional advice, and it does not create an advisor–client relationship. Confirm any conclusion with qualified counsel before relying on it. How the tools handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Website, its design, text, graphics, whitepapers and the Offload name and logo are owned by Advik Cyber Shield LLP or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and share whitepapers and blog posts in unmodified form, with attribution and a link back to the Website, for your own non-commercial evaluation and internal use. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scan, probe or test the Website or our infrastructure other than through our responsible disclosure policy;
• scrape the Website at volume, or use its content to train or fine-tune machine-learning models, without our written permission;
• submit forms with false information, or on behalf of someone else without their authority;
• interfere with the Website's availability or attempt to bypass any access control.

Third-party links

The Website links to and embeds third-party services, including our form processor, our scheduling provider and industry bodies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The Website and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advik Cyber Shield LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the Website or free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Platform terms

Use of the Offload Platform — whether SaaS or deployed on your premises — is governed by a separate customer agreement consisting of an order form, a master subscription agreement and a data-processing agreement. Those documents set out the licence, acceptable use, intellectual property, warranties, liability, support and data-protection terms for the Platform and take precedence over these Website terms for anything Platform-related. Demos, pilots and trials are provided under a written pilot or evaluation agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the Website or these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally — write to us at the email address below.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date above updated. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
